    We want to thank you, everyone hunting with us in the last 6 years.  We would  not have the genetics we have with out your help.  In our calculations we took over 400 Whitetails with taking a record of 170 Whitetail in 2007, with also taking 1  world record with hand gun.  Taking several 250 class Whitetails with the youngest 250 class being 3 yrs. old.  You just have to wonder will we ever see a 300" yearling.  I haven't yet, but I did see a several 200" yearlings.  Yes, their first rack.  The biggest yearling known now is 260 at 1 year old.  I know its very hard to believe and some people think they add something to the feed, but mostly it is Genetics.  Linebreeding several 300" and 400" deer and you will get some big deer .
   
     If you are looking for a place to take a nice 150, 170, 190,240, 300, class we still have hunts starting at $3,000.00, a few dates are available. We Expect to be sold out soon as We can only take about 100 customers.  Wayne Pearson blocks 2 months for his groups.  Expect to see lots of Bucks from 170 class to 300".  Our best count on Feb 10th, we had about 120 bucks on the property.  when you book your hunt and pay your $500 deposit, if for any reason we didn't have the size deer that you were looking for due to bad weather etc. things can happen, you will get a full refund.  That is what makes our ranch 100% Satisfaction.

     We will be offering 4 Buck fawns this year to  our hunters to own.  We will take care of them, if we can use to service our Does.  How it works, you will buy the buck for $6,000.00.  You will own him.  We will retain 20 straws of semen a year for caring for and feeding.  If he goes really big you can sell as much semen as you would like, most semen is from $200.00 each up too $10,000.00 a straw.  But any rate if the buck you bought doesn't go 200 inches at 3 years old we will let you take any 170 class Whitetail at the ranch for the money you invested.  Our superior sire being used for 2007 has 13= 300 inch bucks surfacing this pedigree,  World known as Apollo 13 his semen at $3000.00 each.  We have 2, 2008 buck fawns available for $8000.00 Out of this great sire. That will have the same guarantee as above.  With the 180 class guarantee with investments.  Also check with Dan if you have 4 or more buddies that want to hunt with you.  He said he was letting 1 free buck go per group of 5.

1) I was with a friend of mine on his private lease in south Texas and we saw lots of deer but no huge deer.It was fun seeing that number of 120 to 180 deer.
2) Yes, I like knowing the guaranteed part so you know what class of deer you pay for.

7) At first I didn't know if ranch hunting would be what I was looking for being my first hunt, But talking with all of you at the Dixie Deer Classic in Raleigh got me thinking differently, To see the quality of deer and harvest such a remarkable animal would truly be a hunt of a life time

It may take two days to see a deer you are after. Once you see our rugged ranch you will see what we are talking about! We hunt for whitetail deer three hours in the morning and three hours in the evening. This is when the deer move around the most. We start our whitetail deer hunts in the morning around 7:00 a.m., and in the evening around 3:00 p.m.

When you are checking prices of other whitetail deer hunts, we have already done your homework! We offer Ohio whitetail deer hunts. You will get the largest whitetail buck for your dollar, schedule yours before we are sold out! Thanks to all of our over 400 customers , you have helped make our ranch a success. We will see you real soon; our first Ohio deer hunt took place August 6th 2004.

 

We will only take approximately 140 whitetail deer hunts for 2008. This should give each group of three or four guys and gals the full two days of Ohio deer hunting. By doing this, it will cut our hunts down so we are scheduling now to keep an accurate count. Call for available dates, for they won't last long. Every deer hunter will be required to put down a $500.00 deposit per person to guarantee their hunting dates. This will help eliminate any confusion when scheduling deer hunts. Deposit can be paid either by cash, credit card or check. Once your deposit has been paid, we will send you directions and any other information pertinent to your whitetail deer hunt. Included in the price are lodging, meals, and gutting of your deer. If you are not sure what class of deer you want to take, place your deposit and decide once you are in the field. If for some reason you decide not to take a deer, you pay only $500.00 for our services.

We would take this opportunity to thank you everybody that hunted for whitetails with us so far and for everyone still coming to hunt Ohio deer this year.

All hunters will be required to sign a Liability Waiver for insurance reasons. Continental breakfast will be provided at the lodge each morning, along with one hot meal per day. For any other meals, kitchen will be kept stocked for snacks and light meals. All snacks and light meals are prepared by help yourself basis. Television and DVD/VCR player clean bedding and sheets will be provided.
